Job Description

• Bachelor Degree in Business or related field
•  Work experience in business development or similar field will be preferred
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•  Demonstrated analytical and problem solving ability
•  Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure and meet deadlines

•  Must be self-motivated, willing to learn and adapt to new situations, and ability to juggle with tasks as per management preference

•  Ability to work independently
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint (or Google Docs,Sheets, and Slides)

Job Responsibilities

• Understand the company's vision, mission, goals and objectives
• Understand company’s core capabilities and customers, past and present
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, using industry standard and innovative research techniques

• Research opportunity-specific information to help company’s competitive posture
• Assist with drafting business plans, presentations, reference material, proposal coordination materials and other documents as required

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients

• Skilled at preparing presentations for various stakeholders.
