LEAD – TAXATION

Job Description

TDS Compliance:
1) Monthly payment TDS / TCS with GL reconciliation within the stipulated time
2) TDS / TCS return filing & Ensuring no non-compliance with regard to TDS by validating tax code
3) Following up with the concerns for right PAN and updating the same in the system thereafter re-upload for certificates / any
corrections. Thorough check of short deductions and scrutinizing the same as per the demand if, any and same furnishing
with full accuracy therefore, regularization in future transactions
GST Compliance:
1) To ensure compliance with ISD regulations and ensure proper accounting
2) To ensure compliance of GST return filing
Support & co-ordination in Tax audits and Scrutiny:
1) Assisting in tax audits for various activities wherever required as per the standard practice to meet the requirement for tax
audit. Based on the notice and requirement of IT department extracting the reports for timely submission
1) Support All GSTNs regarding issues and Tax websites navigation
2) Tax Audit finalization and return filing
3) Knowledge about ICDS
4) Transfer Pricing

Reconciliation:
1) Open item Management in GST Return on ISD vendors
2) Advance tax and deferred tax working for a large corporate (TO of Rs. 1500 crs +)
Litigation Management:
1) To successfully close the cases by proper representation in old tax regime
2) Attending Income tax hearings at ITO, Appeal stages
3) Representing the company in IT forum

System Improvement:
1) Automation of required reports through SAP with the help of IT Team
