Our client is one of the largest global business houses having 20,000 employees across the globe.It is leading producer of agrochemicals and seeds and is based in Basel, Switzerland.
Location: Pune Experience: 12 – 15 years in a Reputed Organisation. MNC experience preferred.

Qualification: MBA -Human Resource specialization in (Organization Development) Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for leading OD initiatives across the company. Conceptualizing the HR processes and improvements for integration of the company and for culture building in line with the strategic goals of the organization. Overall competency enhancement of the organization in strategic areas. Experience in designing and executing Organization Development & Effectiveness initiatives, enhancing effectiveness of Human Capital. Partnering stakeholders in bringing about organization wide change and development of HR systems and processes.
Expertise: Organization Strategy, Organization Design and Development, HR Process review and design, Learning & Development and Talent Management
Organization Development and Talent Management : Expert in Strategic Workforce Planning, Competency Profiling, Performance Management System, 360 Degree Feedback, HR Policy and Processes, among others.
Requirements:
Currently working in Learning and Development/ OD in a good MNC
Ready to relocate to Pune
Energetic and dynamic. Willing to travel.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills
Stature to work in a matrix organization with managers abroad as well. Confident in dealing with them
