Job Description

Manages a big zone comprises of six to Seven circles. Managing a bigger team, Formulating long term/ short term strategic plans to enhance operations in coordination with the macro plans of organization and the industry trends , Implementing business directions of the region to ensure maximum profitability in line with organizational objectives Handling sales targets & taking sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the frontline sales team to achieve them Developing relations with key decision makers within the company of Axis Bank.

Job Responsibilities

. Relationship Management with the Axis Circle Head, Circle
Business Managers. With the advent of cluster formation
relationship management with the Clusters Heads in order to
achieve business targets and builds a progressive partnership
with the bank
 Overseeing complete business operations for Zone with
accountability of profitability, forecasting monthly/ annual
business targets, & executing them in a given time frame.
Providing a growth-driven environment to the team and
sustaining well-planned initiatives for performance
management, appraisal and training of associates
 Responsible for assigning the targets and organizing joint
monthly PRP with the DRs and there by ensuring skip level
review
 Periodic and Daily updates in alignment with Axis Clusters of
focused business parameters-Business Plan, Branch Seller
Activation and persistency and thereby tracking the
performance in all the vectors and thereby do a traction analysis
 Driving the People agenda by leading the team and ensuring
higher engagement of the key talents of the zone, ensuring
minimum compliance issues
 Negotiate and monitor costs and commissions. Review financial
reports periodically and take steps to minimize opex to revenue
ration in order to ensure that spending is within allowable
 Administering complete business operations with accountability
for profitability.
