Lead – Marketing (Parador)

Job Description

The position will, inter alia, be responsible for :-
 To increase the “Parador” brand visibility and penetration in market
 To support the sales team with ideating, designing and implementing various marketing and branding
initiatives/activities on daily-basis
 To help increase market share of roofing products by execution of marketing activities and collecting feedback

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (including but non-exhaustive):

 Responsible for execution of BTL, marketing communication, positioning, promotions, market visibility, PoS
development, on-ground activities/events and trade marketing activations across various product formats
 Responsible for day-to-day agency briefings and creative developments (briefing, development, production, testing)
 Closely liaise with sales teams, marketing procurement, agencies and with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of all POP
requirements across zones
 Responsible for tracking and reporting product-wise, region wise/district wise competitive BTL activities
 Responsible to track, analyse and propose actions from different channel/consumer initiatives on the products
 Timely delivery and execution of sales promotion activities like plumbers meet, dealers meet, foreign tour scheme,
architects meet, etc. and collecting feedback from relevant stakeholders
