Job Responsibilities

Ensure regional execution of marketing activities related to brands and categories and representation of the marketing
department in the region in specific categories:
  •  Product launches
  •  Promotions
  •  Brand awareness events
  •  Brand centre activations
  •  Merchandising & product displays (esp. in ADCs)
  •  Clubs & communities

- Deliver against specific region category targets and against specific KPIs such as :
a) Achieve sales and ABO leadership target
b) Achieve COI target (profitability)
c) Ensure provision of enablers / support to ABOs
d) Deliver on strategic initiatives related to marketing and ensure market hygiene in specific category in a region
e) Drive team development and work satisfaction
f) Ensuring ABOs understand the new products features & benefits
g) Increasing ABO participation in Launch & Execute local initiative to enhance impact of Launch
